F+ technology tree

In response to the growing demand for advanced materials in the semiconductor and precision industries, F+ is rapidly expanding its technology and product lines related to advanced ceramic materials. Our composite conductive ceramics not only effectively address the common ESD (electrostatic discharge) and particle in precision industries, but we also offer microporous SSiC ceramics for gas flow control, chemical agent slow release, microwave shielding, and static dissipation. Additionally, for excellent plasma resistance, we provide options such as YAG, Y2O3, and ultra-hi purity Al2O3 materials. For structural ceramics, in addition to silicon carbide, we offer ZTA (zirconia toughened alumina), zirconia, and aluminum nitride, among other ceramics with various advantages to comprehensively address process, design, and application challenges.
